Thane has ample greens and recreational spaces than it’s closest clone; Mumbai . Also it is a cheaper alternative for house hunters having a dominant variety of malls , high-rises, cultural hubs, entertainment and hang-out places, lifestyle clubs, fitness and spa studios and impeccable connectivity to western suburbs, south Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Watch out for the existing corporate hubs, upcoming ones, the smart townships by tier 1 developers and Thane metro.

This is going to be your lifestyle . Surprised , again ? Here is why . Real estate growth in Thane has been rapid, flanked by popular realty developers like Hiranandani Constructions, Rustomjee, Lodha, Runwal who create townships; serving all your needs, from a tiny coffee shop under your building to a mini-movie theatre. Commercial spaces have equally developed due to penetration from the major IT and Industrial houses .Coupled with this is an amazing after work life at the cafes, pubs, movies and dinners to de-stress.  Infrastructural developments have effectively reduced the travel-time to the eastern and northern corridors , providing a smooth and hassle-free transport .

How surprised are you ? You will be even more surprised after , if you don’t visit Thane sooner , as this city has only been developing and getting further organized to the point that you might see Mumbaikars shifting to Thane , for the sake of an affordable and yet comforting stay , away from the hassle of the metro city .
